Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled anytime. Canceling stops the next renewal. Unused time in the current period is not prorated unless required by law.

Credit packs

One-time credit packs stay valid for one year. Unused credits expire after that window and are not refunded.

Failed generations

If the AI engine rejects a job before it starts rendering, the credits for that task are returned to your balance automatically.

Once rendering has started, the compute is already used, so a render that fails or is blocked by the engine's safety filters still uses its credits. If a finished video fails to download, we retry automatically. If you believe a video was charged in error, contact us with the task from My Creations and we will review it.

Credit returns are not payment refunds.

Payment disputes

If a charge looks wrong, contact us from the account email before opening a dispute with the payment provider.
